Job summary

Caterpillar in Waco, TX is seeking a 1st shift Warehouse Associate to safely handle receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and material handling. You will use scanners and train on reach trucks, cherry pickers, and forklifts while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Starting pay is $19.05 per hour with weekly pay and benefits from Day 1. The role requires good attendance, English literacy, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

As a Caterpillar Warehouse Associate, you support Caterpillar's customers by getting parts from our distribution centers directly to where they need them.
