Manpower, Inc. is hiring 1st Shift Warehouse Associates (Lumpers) in Lebanon, TN. No warehouse experience is required as on-the-job training is provided; this role offers steady 1st shift hours and weekly pay. You will assist with loading, packing, shipping, and general warehouse operations to keep products flowing.

Ideal candidates are team players with a strong work ethic, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and ready to follow safety procedures. Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• No diploma required; on-the-job training provided
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Warehouse/logistics experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers
• Pick, pack, and ship orders
• Build boxes, carts, and displays
• Label, sort, and kit products
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts where applicable
• Assist with production assembly projects
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory operations
