Job summary

Nelsen-Corporation is hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate in Schertz, TX. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with overtime opportunities and a starting pay of $20.00/hour.

The position includes responsibilities for processing orders, packing and staging for shipment, inventory management, and adherence to safety standards. Benefits and PTO are offered after eligibility periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of Warehouse, Shipping and Safety experience required.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems, including use of scanners, required.

Responsibilities

• Use software system/pick ticket to pull items to fulfill customer’s order.
• Properly pack items for shipment or stage for Production assembly.
• Identify shipping method and follow required procedures to ensure product is quality checked, packed and labeled appropriately.
• Participate in inventory cycle counts.
• Restock and rotate product; adhere to safety standards.
