Millcraft is hiring for a Cincy warehouse associate. You will handle receiving, stocking, labeling, and preparing outbound orders in a fast-paced environment. Duties include operating forklifts and pallet jacks, organizing inventory, and ensuring accurate picking and packing for delivery.

We value safety, accuracy, and teamwork. A high school diploma or GED is required, plus 1+ year warehouse experience and the ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years’ warehouse experience preferred, shipping/receiving.
• Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack, reach truck.
• Read and interpret printed orders and directions.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift, pallet jack, reach truck to pick and ship orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, pack, and stage customer orders.
• Load outbound trucks and will-calls.
• Consolidate product to maximize space.
• Repackage/relabel items due to damages or errors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
