Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Bay City, MI is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, storage and order fulfillment in a fast-paced facility. This permanent full-time role offers overtime during peak season and regular hours Monday–Friday day shift or Sunday–Thursday night shift.

The position includes health benefits from day one, 401(k) and PTO; requires high school diploma or equivalent and prior warehouse experience; physical capability to lift up to 30 lbs; familiarity with WMS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing stock: unloading deliveries, checking for accuracy, and storing items appropriately.
• Order fulfillment: picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
• Inventory management: organizing and maintaining inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate, and conducting regular inventory checks.
• Quality control: inspecting products for defects and damages, ensuring only quality items are shipped.
• Warehouse maintenance: keeping the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety and hygiene regulations.
• Documentation: creating and managing invoices, tracking shipments, and maintaining records of incoming and outgoing goods
