Job summary

Openwork is seeking a General Warehouse Associate in Alpharetta, GA to pick and pack holiday decor, prepare orders for shipment, and support smooth warehouse operations.

In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you will label and prepare packages, load and unload goods, and help maintain inventory accuracy and a safe, organized workspace. Hours are Monday–Friday with a $17/hour pay rate.

Qualifications

• Experience in picking/packing or distribution is preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the day.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Picking products accurately from warehouse locations based on customer orders.
• Packing holiday decor and seasonal merchandise securely for shipment.
• Labeling and preparing packages for outbound delivery.
• Loading and unloading boxes and merchandise as needed.
• Receiving, sorting, and organizing incoming inventory.
• Maintaining accurate inventory and keeping products in their designated locations.
• Assisting with shipping and receiving activities.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Following all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
• Working as part of a team to meet daily productivity and order fulfillment goals.

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a reliable and motivated General Warehouse Associate in Alpharetta, Ga. In this fast-paced and hands-on role, you will be responsible for picking and packing holiday decor products, preparing orders for shipment, and helping keep warehouse operations running smoothly.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday-Friday 6:00am-4:30pm.
• Pay rate: $17
