Penske Truck Leasing in Sterling, VA is hiring a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer. You’ll fuel, wash, and prep vehicles for the road, greeting customers as they arrive and sending them off with a smile.

No experience is required. We’ll train you in maintenance processes and our technology. This role offers career stability, opportunities to grow, and competitive benefits while you learn and advance toward technician roles.

Formación

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Ability and willingness to work outdoors and basic mechanical aptitude (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections (tires, fluids, basic maintenance).
• Help keep facilities clean, safe for customers and associates.
• Build skills through training to perform minor repairs and tire work.
• Complete other projects as assigned by supervisor.
