Job description

We are looking for 1st Shift Tire Loader team members in Richburg!

We are loading full pallets onto a conveyor or by pallet jack/walkie rider and loading tires by hand onto the trailer. There is no scanning required. We are just loading these tires as fast and as accurately as possible. This job is physically demanding but financially rewarding.

Pay: Paid Per Trailer ($100-$200+ per day)

• Paid per trailer loaded (No limit, usually 2-3 trailers per person). A trailer's payout is determined by its weight. BUT on average $120-$200+/day or $15-$25+/hour.
• The fastest and hardest working people make the most money.
• $100 weekly attendance and production incentive.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM with occasional OT.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
• Must be able to lift and carry 5-90LBS.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work consistently for long periods of time.
