Job description

We are looking for motivated and hardworking workers / loaders to join our team. Our operation is simple; you will be working in teams of two to load 2-3 trailers per day. The ideal candidate will be physically capable of loading tires and be familiar with basic loading protocols and safety guidelines.

Overview: The team will be loading full pallets of tires onto conveyor or by pallet jack/walkie rider and loading tries by hand onto the trailer.

  • Pre-Check make sure trailers are empty and free of trash, report any damage to the inside of trailer
  • Load tires onto conveyor
  • Attention to detail as SKU numbers on tires can change.
  • Repetitive lifting and bending
  • Must be able to lift to 70lbs.
  • This is accomplished with 2 people, and we are averaging 2.5 or less hours per trailer.
  • We have a standard of loading 2-3 trailers per team of two.

Pay:

  • Paid per trailer loaded (2-3 trailers daily) A trailer’s payout is determined by its weight.
  • The faster/efficient you are, the more you make.
  • The average loader can make $800 to $1000 in a week ($120-200 a day)
  • If you only do 2 or less trailers a day, you will make closer to $500-$800

Requirements

  • Has worked a physically demanding job before
  • Has steel toe/composite toe shoes
  • Has reliable transportation
  • Reliable attendance
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen
  • Must be able to lift to 70lbs

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday
  • 7am- 3:30pm (You are expected to stay the entire shift)
