Job summary

Wilson Tool Canada is seeking a Tech Support/Team Lead to provide daily production support and lead continuous improvement within the cell. The role focuses on solving problems with an advanced skillset to keep operations running smoothly.

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, typing, 10 key, and internet navigation.

JOB SUMMARY

The Tech Support/Team Lead provides continuous improvement and daily support to their work area. The primary focus of the Team Lead is to help solve problems with an advanced skillset to address and support technical issues.

• Support daily production and problem solving
• Respond to problems and needs, identify trends and solve issues that cause interruptions – Use PDCA as needed
• Lead start up meetings daily, CI meetings weekly, and follow Team Lead standard work
• Daily coaching, training, and support of team members

WORK SCHEDULE

Full-time; 1st shift (7am-3pm)

COMPENSATION

Machinist or Advanced Machinists pay scales based on technical skill and job duties plus Tech Support premium.

Tech Support premium ranges from $.50 to $2.00 per hour based on individual performance to the established Tech Support competencies.
