REI in Goodyear, AZ is hiring a Warehouse Specialist for a full-time schedule (Mon-Thu 4:00 AM–2:30 PM). You will safely move products through the distribution center using forklift, order picker, reach truck, and related equipment, supporting our DC operations while upholding REI's standards.

You should have 1+ year of warehouse equipment experience, be comfortable with RF handheld devices and working at heights, and maintain a strong safety record.

Overview

The hours for this Full-time position are Monday through Thursday 4:00AM-2:30PM. Our team seeks a Warehouse Specialist to help us safely navigate products through the warehouse floor using various warehouse equipment (forklift, order picker, reach truck, etc.). In this role, you will support the REI Distribution Center byensuring that REI’s standards are properly applied and maintained in our Distribution Center.

Your qualities

• 1+ year(s) experience using various warehouse equipment (forklift, order picker).
• Experience with RF handheld equipment.
• Comfortable and able to work with heights of 30+ ft.
• Proven safety record in operating warehouse equipment.
• Lift and shift boxes weighing an average of 20 to 30 pounds with a maximum of 65 pounds throughout 10-hour shifts.
• Able to work standing or walking for 10-hour shifts.
