Job summary

Nordic Cold Chain Solutions is seeking a dependable Stand-up Forklift/Material Handler for the 1st shift at our Hatfield, PA facility. The role requires reliable, punctual performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will unload/load trailers, verify pallet configurations, enter data into ERP, label pallets, and help ship orders while maintaining a clean, organized work area. Salary is $20–$21 per hour, full-time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have previous or current experience operating a stand-up forklift.
• Previous warehouse or production experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Maintain good attendance record.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and to stand, walk, twist and turn.

Responsibilities

• Unloading & loading trailers and verifying proper stacking and pallet configuration.
• Ensuring that the exact number and type of product is located and shipped.
• Properly enter finished product into ERP system.
• Properly labeling pallets.
• Stacking and staging product and materials.
• Maintaining the facilities, equipment, and materials in a neat, clean and organized manner.
• Read and complete bill of lading (BOL) paperwork neatly and accurately.
• Getting UPS and FedEx orders ready for shipment.
• Other duties as needed.

Salary: From $20- $21.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Monday- Thursday 5:00am-3:30pm

Experience:

• Forklift: 1 year (Preferred)
