A leading manufacturer in Georgia is looking for a Loader to join their production team. The role requires physical stamina, organization skills, and the ability to operate basic tools and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will be evaluated during their first 5 days and must be willing to assist in various duties as necessary.

Qualifications

• Fast learner with basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to assist in special projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper housekeeping standards.
• Pull orders for shipment and verify pallet count.
• Stage pallets and load them into trucks.

This position reports directly to the Shipping Supervisor.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• The ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (10 hours)
• The ability to read measurements, work or calculate numbers, use handheld tools, including but not limited to handheld pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, industrial hot glue guns, and power drills.
• Understand how to stack pallet appropriately and Sorting, staging and shrink wrapping all pallets.
• Pulls orders for shipment, and verifies pallet count, and loads onto trucks.
• Loading and checking that all materials are in proper delivery sequence.
• Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready.
