Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma knowledge and continuous improvement experience.
• Experience in warehousing or 3PL environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple areas critical to operations to keep GXO running smoothly.
• Lead, train and develop staff; hire and appraise effectively.
• Ensure quality policies are followed and safety standards met (OSHA).
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and participate in operational improvement programs.
• Provide guidance to supervisors on personnel, quality and safety.
