Job summary

Maker's Pride is seeking a dedicated sanitation technician for 1st shift to clean production equipment according to SSOPs, ensuring safety, hygiene, and food safety. You will document sanitation activities and escalate non-routine issues to supervision.

Ideal candidates have at least six months in a sanitation production environment, basic Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to read and follow procedures. Spanish is a plus; weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; at least six months of sanitation production experience.
• Supervisory skills are desired.
• Must have some Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Follows procedures and SSOPs to clean production equipment for safety, hygiene, and food safety.
• Record sanitation activities and notify supervisor of progress or issues.
• Monitor chemical concentrations and understand COP/CIP systems.
• Operate aerial lift when required.
• Maintain clear communication with team and leadership.
