Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Prior manufacturing or quality control experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform push/pull functions.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Operate rubber injection molding machines to fabricate rubber components.
• Responsible for the production of molded products.
• Demonstrate ABB's core values and safety standards in daily work.
• Ensure quality operation of the process with checks and controls.
• Maintain accurate production records and adhere to procedures.
• Support shift change with accurate reporting and handoffs.
