Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in Hesston, KS is seeking a Robot Welding Part Loader for 1st shift (6:30am–2:30pm). The role involves loading and assembling units on a robotic welding line, following standard build processes to ensure safety, quality, and on‑time delivery.

You will operate and monitor the robot fixture, use hand tools, read blueprints when needed, and work with a team to maintain a smooth workflow. A high school diploma and safety compliance mindset are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred to maintain the pre-treatment system.
• Safety standards compliance required (PPE including Tivex suits).
• Technical ability to elevate issues when identified.

What You’ll Do

Work within a station that is part of a robotic welding line for the robot to weld a unit using standard build process. Follow all production processes to maintain a consistent workflow to ensure safe operations, quality product and consistent delivery.

Duties:

• Assemble/fit together parts to form complete units or sub-assemblies in a robot fixture
• Use various hand tools such as grinders, scrapers, or other types of finishing tools to ensure quality product
• Control operation of robot, cleaning and inspection.
• Read and understand operation standard, as needed, such as blueprint.
• Manual movement and lifting by clamping parts together by hand and/or using hand tools.
