Job summary

6AM City, LLC is seeking a Replenishment Associate to join our Operations Team in a cold storage facility on the east side of Indianapolis. The role involves replenishment at pick lines, inventory checks, and loading activities, with a 6:00 AM–6:00 PM shift from Thursday to Monday.

Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, able to lift up to 40 lbs, and comfortable working in temperatures around 30°F. Protective gear is provided and weekend/overtime work may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse/food production experience preferred but not required.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Comfort working in cold environments around 30°F; overtime/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Replenish items at the pick lines with accuracy.
• Retrieve pallets using forklift or reach truck.
• Locate product locations with handheld RF device.

• Maintain a clean, safe work area and assist with staging.

Keep Operations Moving – Join Our 1st Replenishment Team!

Are you reliable, motivated, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment? We’re hiring for a Replenishment Associate to join our growing Operations Team Associates to join our team in a cold storage facility on the east side of Indianapolis. In this role, you will be responsible for varying job functions related to maintaining inventory levels on the pick lines

Location: East Side of Indianapolis

Schedule: Thursday-Monday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18.50/hour

Work Environment: Cold storage facility (around 30°F)

Job Summary

These job functions include, but are not limited to: identifying bins/shelves that need to be replenished (either by manually identifying or receiving a systematic notification on a handheld device), retrieving necessary pallets of bulk items in warehouse locations, counting the quantities required, returning bulk pallets back into warehouse locations, stocking pick bins/shelves with correct items and any necessary barcodes scanning associated with transactions (ice packs etc), picking products, packing cartons, and staging finished goods for shipping.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately replenishes items at the pick lines
• Perform product retrieval functions using forklift. reach truck, or other equipment as applicable
• Look up product locations using a handheld RF device
• Scan barcodes at bins, shelves, or warehouse rack locations
• Maintain a clean safe work area

• Be able to work in temperatures of 34 -38 degrees for entirety of shift
• Be able to work in Freezer as needed, 0 degrees (protective gear will be provided)
• Adheres to health & safety policies, GMP’s, and quality standards

What You’ll Need

Prior experience in warehouse, food production, or packaging is preferred but not required. Ability to lift to 40 lbs and stand for long periods. Comfort working in cold environments around 30°F. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Dependable attendance and a teamwork mindset. Availability to work weekends and occasional overtime.
