Premier ProduceOne in Columbus, OH is seeking a hands-on first shift receiving associate to join our warehouse team. You will coordinate incoming deliveries, verify inventory, and ensure accurate, efficient receiving processes.

The role emphasizes RF scanning, labeling, and inventory updates while adhering to safety policies. Forklift not required, but readiness to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming product deliveries using RF scanning systems, ensuring accuracy in quantity and quality
• Accurately count, label, and scan product into inventory, ensuring all items are scanned away by end of shift
• Utilize WMS to manage accurate receiving/ shipping, warehouse transfers, inventory adjustments, and track load arrivals
• Review and process receiving documentation including bills of lading (BOLs) and purchase orders (POs)
• Communicate effectively with team and various departments
• Safely unload and reload trucks using pallet jacks and stand-up forklifts while adhering to operational procedures
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness, contributing to end-of-day responsibilities and overall efficiency
• Support operational excellence by following company policies, food safety and workplace safety standards, while remaining adaptable and solution-focused
