Job summary

Royal Engineered Composites, Inc. is seeking a 1st shift Quality Inspector for Monday - Friday, 6am to 3pm, to ensure conformance with blueprints and customer requirements.

Responsibilities include reading manufacturing blueprints, measuring with calipers and micrometers, inspecting parts during in-process and final stages, performing MRP/DBR transactions, and documenting results; strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Read manufacturing blueprints to ensure part specifications are met.
• Must use calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and scale rulers accurately.
• Inspect parts in-process and at final levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication with coworkers and customers.

• Read manufacturing blueprints and contracts to ensure that all parts specifications are abided by.
• Accurately use calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and scale rulers.
• Inspect parts while in-process and at the final level.
• Perform necessary MRP and DBR transactions.
• Perform first article inspections.
• Perform additional tests, as needed, including pressure, leakage, and tensile.
• Facilitate source inspections.
• Verify part marking for proper identification as required by customer.
• Research quality requirements for upcoming jobs.
