Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Ability to read and interpret written, oral, diagram or schedule instructions.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt quickly to change.

Responsibilities

• Record production and scrap data accurately.
• Verify production quality by measurements and visual inspection.
• Coordinate work of associates following the foaming process; identify root causes.
• Manually assemble door shells using pneumatic and manual tools.
• Perform end-of-line and in-process inspections.
• Complete daily checklist including dimensional measurements of finished product.
• Follow safety rules and 5S and ISO requirements.
• Meet daily production targets and quality standards.
