Pay Ranges - $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Eligible for quarterly bonuses

$3,000 sign on bonus

What You’ll Do
As a Quality Inspector, you’ll be part of our Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing team located in Skokie, IL.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for ensuring product conformity to blueprint
  • Inspect hardware using various inspection equipment including: calipers, micrometers, comparator, height stand, indicator, profilometer, hardness tester, etc.
  • Review work order for completion of operations and required documentations
  • Review ERP (JD Edwards) system for required retained information
  • Review raw material certificates and ensure conformity to industry or internal standards
  • Provide manufacturing technical support as GD&T subject matter expert
  • Support the Quality Engineers to ensure products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
  • Interface with internal departments to engage in activities that ensure continuous control over material, services and products.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training
  • Extensive experience in calibration and standards
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, ERP experience preferred
