The candidate should have a high school diploma and 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, with knowledge of measurement tools and quality standards. 1st shift, six days a week.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience with an understanding of competencies.
• Follow established procedures and maintain accuracy in inspections.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 quality standards and measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect purchased parts, subassemblies or finished products using defined criteria.
• Rework or reject products as required.
• Document inspection results accurately.
• Review and generate scrap tags for defective items.
• Participate in problem solving and continuous improvement activities.
• Perform audits and maintain proper records.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.
