Job summary

Clayton is hiring for a Production Worker on the First Shift (Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:40 PM) in Winfield, Alabama. This full-time role involves general labor, feeding, boxing, and machine operation within our production environment.

• Ability to work in extreme temperatures.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with little supervision.

General Production Job Requirements

• Ability to work in extreme temperatures
• Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment with little supervision
• Ability to be on feet (standing or walking) for up to 4 hours at a time
• Have a reliable way to get to and from work
