Job summary

Taher, Inc. is hiring a Production Worker to join our food service operations in Plymouth, MN. You will assemble, package, and prepare products while upholding quality and food safety standards.

This role supports production flow and maintains efficient operations across shifts. The position requires 18+ and prior production/warehouse experience to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are essential.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous production or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Previous manufacturing/food handling experience preferred.
• Demonstrate excellent work habits in line with GMPs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for Production.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Successfully pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Place ingredients into finished products.
• Perform hand wrapping and packaging tasks.
• Support food running and material movement throughout production.
• Maintain production pace and efficiency.
• Follow instructions from leads and supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Follow food safety and company procedures.
• Assist with additional production tasks as needed.
• Properly use tools such as knives or other specialized equipment.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures and regulations.
• Perform physical tasks that could require constant repetitive motion.
• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies.
• Identified and communicate workplace hazards and correct unsafe actions or conditions.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by leadership.
