PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER - 1st SHIFT

VANCE, ALABAMA - TUSCALOOSA PLANT

As a member of the production team, you will be responsible for ensuring safety and quality standards are always followed.

The Role:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Working according to established procedures and policies through teamwork.
2. Adhering to standard work instructions (SWI).
3. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining 5S and "World Class Housekeeping" standards.
4. Achieving operator certification according to the plant process.
5. Participating in team meetings and understanding performance goals.
6. Helping to achieve team performance objectives.
7. Following ISO14001/TS16949 documentation, including SWIs, forms, work instructions, and procedures.
8. Participating in the self-directed work team model.
9. Following company rules and policies.
10. Performing other duties as assigned.
11. Participating in plant recycling programs.
