Butler America Aerospace, LLC is seeking a Production Support Electrical Engineer P3 for 1st shift in Tucson, AZ. You will support production by diagnosing hardware issues, performing electrical testing, and guiding corrective actions to keep builds moving forward.

Responsibilities include rapid problem assessment, creating actionable troubleshoot plans, updating technical drawings and change packages, and communicating with cross-functional teams to drive on-time resolution.

Formación

• Experience with digital, analog, RF and/or mixed signal testing and debugging complex circuit card assemblies.
• Experience with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, function generators, power supplies.
• Ability to interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and BoMs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve production and supplier issues, including troubleshooting and coordinating corrective actions
• Maintain and update technical drawings and documentation, including preparing change packages for review boards
• Diagnose hardware failures using a range of electronic test equipment and analysis tools
• Evaluate defect and yield data to drive process improvements and reduce recurring failures
• Collaborate with suppliers, create Statements of Work, and support general electrical engineering activities in production environments
