The 1st Shift Production Supervisor position supports and supervises assigned activities as they relate to the production employees in our Kingston, PA facility. What you will be doing:

• Oversees departments to survey work process, employees & equipment operation ensuring safety and quality standards are met
• Enters employee payroll information and some production scores via computer
• Communicates production issues to management
• Supervises, orients & trains employees

What you will bring to the role:

• A minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required with 3 years of supervisory or management experience. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• Union environment experience preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening), organizational, and time management skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and ability to quickly solve complex issues.
• A passion to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities to meet the needs of HCSC.

Additional information:

This position reports directly to the Production Manager and will be based out of the Kingston, PA. location.

• This is a 1st Shift position. Hours will be 6am - 2:30 pm, with additional hours as needed
