Role Overview

As a Production Operator, you'll be vital to our production process, working under supervision with small machinery and hand tools. We seek motivated individuals ready to embrace hands-on work, take pride in quality, and make a tangible difference daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery such as 3AL, wheelabrator, wash tanks, blasters, polishers, and grinders
• Perform routine tasks: grinding, sanding, cleaning, polishing
• Use hand and power tools to correct defects and prepare surfaces
• Manage time effectively to balance handling and cleaning tasks
• Set up machines, handle materials, perform minor maintenance
