Job summary

Chromalloy is hiring for a manufacturing role in Phoenix. You will operate and maintain production equipment, load/unload parts, and monitor quality to ensure specifications are met. Qualified candidates will have manufacturing/warehouse experience, complete a high school diploma or equivalent, and be fluent in English.

OT availability, weekend shifts, and a strong safety mindset are required. We offer comprehensive benefits from day one and competitive pay.

Qualifications

Must be fluent in English, i.e. speaking, reading, writing.
Year of Manufacturing/Warehouse experience.
Ability to sit/stand/bend/twist/lift >25lbs for periods of 8 hours.
Ability to work overtime, including weekends.
Ability to read, interpret, and communicate work instructions and specifications.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain production equipment, including coating furnaces, vacuum furnaces, grit/sandblast equipment, blenders, maskers, and brazing stations.
Load and unload parts and materials from equipment.
Monitor and inspect products for quality and adherence to specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow safety protocols and procedures.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
