Qualifications

• Prior experience operating a machine in a production/manufacturing facility.
• Manual dexterity and steady hands are essential.
• Strong initiative and a teamwork mindset are required.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced, climate-controlled plant.
• Ability to perform basic math for measurement and material calculations.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials, tooling, and finished products within the plant.
• Operate envelope production machines and monitor quality per guidelines.
• Weigh, count, and record units on production sheets.
• Maintain adequate adhesive and paper supplies for continuous production.
