Job summary

ColorCoat, Inc. is seeking team members for Production Line 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Mon–Fri) in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. This on-site role offers a tiered pay structure with beginner to expert levels, and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and PTO.

Employees will learn each production cell, contribute to smooth daily output, and advance within the pay tiers as skills grow. Applicants must be able to lift heavy items and work safely in a loud environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and work in a loud environment.

Responsibilities

• Disassembles window and door units in preparation for production.
• Must be able to lift and stage multiple units on production carts.
• Labels each piece of unit with specific ID numbers and colors.
• Pushes each cart to next production cell.
• Cleans and masks window and door frames and other parts in preparation for painting.
• Checks the surface of the unit and removes silicone as needed.
• Uses air hose to blow off particles.
• Reports defects to floor lead.
• Removes masking paper and tape after quality approval.
