Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN in Illinois is seeking a 1st Shift Production Expeditor to keep materials, orders, and production runs on track within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with supervisors, planners, and warehouse teams while maintaining accurate production records and schedules. Schedule: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday. This is a full-time role offering weekly pay and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production coordination, expediting, material handling, or related environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills across multiple departments.
• Basic computer and recordkeeping experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track production orders from start to finish.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure materials are available for production.
• Communicate order status, delays, shortages, and production issues with supervisors and planners.
• Assist with production scheduling, line setups, changeovers, and workflow coordination.
• Maintain accurate production records and help resolve issues impacting timelines.

Open Position

$19.00 - $20.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Work Days: Monday - Friday

What You'll Do

• Monitor and track production orders from start to finish
