Action Industries is seeking a Production Worker for the 1st shift in Evansville, IN. This hands-on role supports the production line with end-of-line packing, assembly tasks, and basic quality checks. Full training is provided, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience not required but training provided.

• Production Support: Pack and sort finished products along the line.
• Material Handling: Prepare workstations and move materials safely on the floor.
• Quality Assurance: Follow work instructions and use measurement tools to ensure quality.
