Action Industries is seeking a Production Worker for the Evansville, IN facility to support daily manufacturing operations on the 3rd shift. The role focuses on end-of-line packaging, basic assembly, and quality checks with training provided to learn our processes.

The position emphasizes dependability, willingness to learn, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A stable, Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends is offered alongside competitive wages and benefits.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities


  • Production Support: Perform general tasks along the production line, including accurately packing and sorting finished products.

  • Material Handling: Assist in preparing workstations and moving materials safely throughout the production floor to keep operations running smoothly.

  • Quality Assurance: Follow basic work instructions and utilize measurement tools (such as calipers and tape measures) to ensure products meet quality standards.

  • Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

  • Operational Excellence: Perform all tasks safely, follow detailed instructions, and maintain exceptional punctuality and attendance for all scheduled shifts.


Qualifications & Skills


  • Experience: Prior manufacturing experience not required but preferred; we will provide full on-the-job training.
