Job Details

• Shift: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm
• Pay: Starts at $17.00/hour
• Benefits: Quarterly bonuses, $1,250 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities

• Assemble rigid couplings and band clamps to blueprints
• Perform etching operations on components
• Understand parts and their functions
• Print and verify product labels
• Pack finished parts
• Operate machinery such as back banders, rollers, and spot welders
• Inspect components for quality standards
• Use calipers, micrometers, and tape measures
• Read blueprints
• Clock in/out using JDE
• Work flexibly across departments as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Wear PPE as required
• Meet production standards focusing on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic math skills
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Desire to learn and improve
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with machinery and measuring tools
• Basic computer skills, including JDE

Physical Demands & Environment

• Work in a manufacturing plant
• Work overtime as needed
• Stand for 8-10 hours daily
• Lift up to 40 lbs
• Operate machinery
• Walk, bend, reach, grasp, manipulate
