ABB in Jonesboro, Arkansas is seeking a Shift Lead to support production on a 10-hour shift schedule (Monday to Thursday) with overtime as required to meet customer demand. The role involves coordinating shift orders, ensuring material readiness, and assisting with training and cross-training of team members.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months of related experience or training, and can read and understand safety, operating, and procedure manuals.
