Qualifications

• 3 years of Press Brake experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and production documents.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Dependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings.
• Select and install tooling required for each job.
• Measure and inspect finished products using tape measures, calipers, and other measuring instruments.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer and company standards.
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and communicate concerns when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work closely with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines.
