Qualifications

• Must follow all Work Instructions and safety policies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle manual tasks.
• Training on press operation and safety procedures will be provided.
• Ability to read blueprints and verify parts against orders.

Responsibilities

• Operate auto punch press and related equipment per SOPs.
• Inspect parts for burrs, defects, and dimensional accuracy.
• Maintain clean and organized work area throughout shifts.
• Monitor lubrication, loop integrity, and safety devices during production.
• Report injuries or near misses to supervision promptly.
• Assist in setup and changeovers and support die jams clearance as needed.
