Emerge is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our production team in Ohio. You will assemble products to specifications using work orders, blueprints, and BOMs, while maintaining high quality and efficiency on the line.

The role requires basic math, ability to read English instructions, and willingness to lift up to 50 lbs. Training and mentorship for teammates are part of the job, with room to grow within the department.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of experience in assembly or manufacturing.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions in English.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to blueprints, BOMs, and work orders.
• Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
• Inspect components and monitor material quality.
• Meet production standards and assist with training new team members.
• Read and interpret instructions to complete tasks accurately.
