Job Description:

• Safely set-up and operate department equipment.
• Perform hand and machine operations to build, polish, and pack Stainless Steel Air Cleaners of all diameters.
• Conduct leak tests.
• Interpret drawings and plan operations accordingly.
• Operate presses, an Accrotech roller, spot welder, TIG welder, polishing buff machines, vibratory polishing machines, wrappers, and other tools for fabrication and processing.
• Handle parts carefully to meet drawings and specifications.
• Use jigs, fixtures, clamps, and positioners to align and set up work.
• Maintain high quality in fabrication and assembly.
• Detect and report unusual conditions or defective materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock conditions.
• Assist with maintaining a clean and orderly work area and perform 6S duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

• TIG Welding experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and routings.
• Punctuality and regular attendance.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Welding certifications.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to handle air cleaners up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to lift pallets to shoulder height.
