Würth Baer Supply Company – Russell Plywood division in Reading, PA is seeking a Warehouse Associate responsible for plywood order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, loading, unloading, palletizing, and banding plywood orders. The role requires operating a 3-pedal sit-down propane forklift and handling heavy plywood boards up to 8–12 feet long.

Schedule is Monday to Friday with long days, starting pay $20 per hour; overtime after 40 hours; 14‑Panel drug test; comprehensive benefits including

• Must be able to operate a 3-pedal sit-down propane forklift with left-to-right clutch, brake and gas arrangement.
• Able to handle heavy plywood boards, with lengths 8–12 feet and weights over 100 lbs.
