Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in McCook, IL is hiring experienced Reach Truck Forklift Operators for long-term roles in a fast-paced warehouse. Shifts include 1st & 2nd with pay $20.00–$20.50 per hour and Monday–Friday schedules.

You will load, unload, stage palletized goods, use RF scanners, verify inbound/outbound shipments, and help with put-away and replenishment while maintaining safety.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

REACH TRUCK FORKLIFT OPERATOR – 1ST & 2ND SHIFT

Location: McCook, IL
Pay: $20.00–$20.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday

1st Shift: 5:30 AM–2:00 PM
2nd Shift: 2:15 PM–10:45 PM

Express Employment Professionals is hiring experienced Reach Truck Forklift Operators for long-term opportunities with a well-established distribution facility in McCook, IL.

We are looking for reliable forklift operators with experience working in fast-paced warehouse environments. These positions will support inbound and outbound operations, including receiving, put-away, replenishment, order staging, and shipping.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a reach truck throughout the warehouse.
• Load, unload, move, and stage palletized products.
• Receive inbound shipments and verify products against shipping and receiving documentation.
• Inspect incoming products for correct quantities, damage, and discrepancies.
• Complete put-away of received inventory into designated rack locations.
• Replenish picking and staging areas as inventory is needed.
• Pull and prepare products for outbound customer orders.
• Stage completed orders in designated outbound shipping areas.
• Verify outbound products, quantities, and pallet information prior to shipment.
• Assist with wrapping, labeling, and preparing pallets for transportation.
• Use RF scanners to locate inventory and document product movement.
• Maintain accurate inventory locations when moving products throughout the facility.
• Communicate damaged, missing, or incorrectly received products to warehouse leadership.
• Follow warehouse traffic, equipment, and general safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous reach truck forklift experience required.
• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or distribution experience preferred.
• Comfortable working around warehouse racking and at elevated heights.
• Ability to safely maneuver equipment in warehouse aisles.
• Experience using RF scanners is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail when verifying products and quantities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Reliable attendance and transportation to McCook, IL.
• Must be able to consistently work the selected shift.

Pay:

1st Shift – $20.00/hour
2nd Shift – $20.50/hour

Available Shifts:

1st Shift: 5:30 AM–2:00 PM
2nd Shift: 2:15 PM–10:45 PM
