Job summary

Midway Staffing is seeking dependable warehouse associates in Wind Gap, PA to support an awarehouse project. You will pick, pack, palletize, and relocate inventory while upholding safety standards and productivity goals. Role requires standing for long shifts and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be available for full project dates (start to finish).
• Excellent attendance and punctuality required.
• Steel-toe shoes required.
• Able to lift 40lbs and stay on feet for entire shift.
• Prior warehouse/pick-pack/shipping experience preferred.
• Positive, reliable, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders accurately using order sheets and RF scanners.
• Pack products securely and ensure shipments are properly labeled.
• Palletize completed orders for outbound shipment.
• Operate manual pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Perform physical tasks (bending, crouching, reaching, standing long periods).
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and warehouse guidelines.
