Springfield Remanufacturing Corp. (SRC) is seeking a 1st shift Parts Cleaner in Springfield, Missouri. You will work in a hands-on production role, using small machinery and hand tools to prepare components for finishing.

You will perform routine tasks such as grinding, sanding and cleaning, operate equipment like 3AL and wheelabrator, and help maintain quality standards. SRC emphasizes employee ownership through ESOP and offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Operate machinery such as 3AL, wheelabrator, wash tank, blasters, polishers, and grinders.
• Carry out routine production tasks including grinding, sanding, cleaning, and polishing objects or parts.
• Use both hand tools and power tools to correct defects and prepare surfaces for further finishing.
• Manage your time effectively, ensuring that handling time matches or exceeds cleaning time.
• Conduct machine setups, handle materials, and perform minor general maintenance as needed.
