Job description

Part-Time Custodian

Monday-Friday: 5 am to 9 am | 20 hours weekly. $15.00 per hour.

Duties

These positions will perform cleaning and maintenance activities.
Removing Trash.
Dusting.
Vacuuming.
Mopping.
Disinfecting restrooms.
Understands and gives verbal or written instructions.
Reads chemical, biological, or radioactive warning signs.
Removes snow with a shovel or snow blower.
Retains training information required for custodial methods, equipment, and products.
Works with student employees and communicates and interacts with the University community.
Serves as a liaison with the Department of Public Safety.
Maintains product inventory.
Makes independent decisions to accomplish acceptable cleaning standards using appropriate methods, products, and equipment.
