1st Shift Paint Line Loader/Unloader

Location: Fort Atkinson, WI

Position Type: Full-Time/Regular

Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour

Overview

Spacesaver is recruiting entry-level Paint Line Loader/Unloaders for 1st shift. This role involves physical work on a production floor and offers an opportunity to join a dynamic manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

1. Load and unload components from overhead conveyor systems.
2. Package components according to specified quantities and sequences.

Schedule

1. Monday through Friday, with two shift options: 6am-2pm.
2. Some Saturdays may be required.

Physical Work & Environment

• Stand for at least 5 hours on a cement floor; lift/move up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Use arms to reach and hands to handle objects; communicate verbally and listen actively.
• Work in seasonal temperature and humidity conditions.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Basic PLC/CNC knowledge is a plus. Ability to read tape measures and operate measuring devices accurately. Must pass assessments and communicate effectively in English for safety reasons.
