Job summary

Gordon Food Service is hiring for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler in Wyoming, MI. You’ll be on your feet, lift up to 100 pounds, and learn our process with a dedicated training team. Starting pay is $20.13 per hour, with raises based on production and accuracy.

No experience is required, and we offer training, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits program. You must be 18 or older, able to work holidays and weekends, and read/write in English. This role is on-site at the Wyoming facility.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Able to work in extreme cold or hot conditions.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Pass a drug test and background check.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a warehouse setting and be on your feet during your shift.
• Learn and follow ordering and fulfillment processes with training.
• Lift up to 100 pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Pay:

Starting at $20.13/hour

• Plus, earn two pay raises in your first year
• Earn more per hour for speed and accuracy!

Work Schedule

• Sunday - Thursday with Friday and Saturdays off!!
• 1st Shift - Sun 6:20 start, Mon 6:50 start, Tues 8:20 start, Wed 6:50 start ,Thurs 6:50 start (end time may vary based on work volume)

You’ll be on your feet for the duration of your shift and you’ll be lifting up to 100 pounds, but there’s no experience required - we train you how to get the job done with our dedicated training team. • We have frozen products - your ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions is required while you’re here.
