United Performance Metals (UPM) is looking for its next team member dedicated to continuous improvement. WORKING HOURS: Monday - Thursday 5:00 am - 3:30 pm

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 after 90 days

Starting Wage: $18 - $20 depending on experience

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate the 18” Light Gauge slitter to process coils ranging from .005 to .35 thickness.
• Set up, adjust, and monitor slitting equipment to ensure precision and efficiency.
• Inspect materials for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
