Chroma Color Corporation in McHenry, IL is hiring Production Operators for 1st shift. Current hours are 6am–4:30pm (Mon–Thu) with a future shift to 6:30am–3:00pm (Mon–Fri) starting Jan 4, 2027. Pay ranges from $19.00 to $22.00 per hour, with overtime as needed.

• Comply with EHS requirements.
• Lift or move up to 50 pounds; handle drums up to 300 pounds; occasional bending and scooping.

Chroma Color in McHenry, IL is hiring directly for Production Operators for 1st ! We currently work 10 hour days Monday through Thursday a nd we are going back to 5 days a week Monday through Friday. Current Hours: 6am to 4:30pm. New Hours January 4th 2027, 6am to 3pm.

Your job as an Operator is to create batches of materials by weighing and mixing dyes, pigments and chemical additives for use in various plastic materials. Then extruding the material to create pellets.

What's the work schedule?

• Current: 6am to 4:30pm Monday through Thursday
• Effective January 4th 2027, 6:30am to 3:00pm. Monday through Friday.
• **Overtime as needed during the week and on Fridays/Saturdays

• Ability to frequently: lift or move up to 50 pounds; bend and scoop from drums and gaylords; and roll drums up to 300 pounds
• Additional duties as assigned, including housekeeping and assisting in other areas.
